1. Digital Products (eBooks, Software, Templates, Courses)
Due to the instant delivery and non-tangible nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once you gain access to the digital product, refund requests will not be accepted, except under specific conditions (see Section 4).
2. Affiliate Products
For items purchased through affiliate links, refunds are subject to the policies of the third-party vendor.
We do not manage or control third-party sales, and any disputes must be handled directly with that vendor.
3. Sponsored or Custom Services
If you have purchased a sponsored post, branding design, custom graphic/logo, or digital marketing service, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Once a service is delivered, no refund will be issued unless there’s a valid technical error from our side.
